Slides and accompanying essays for MACV Army 'A' Photo Team Travels to Thailand. Also included are materials related to the Manila Summit Conference held in 1966. Also included are first-hand accounts of Foulke's work with various Deseret Test Center projects between June 1964 and May 1969. These accounts are dated 2016 or are otherwise undated.

Biographical / Historical:

William H. Foulke spent 13 years as a U.S. Army photographer, including approximately 3 years in South Vietnam. While stationed in Vietnam, Foulke served with the Army Pictorial Center, NYC, 1965; DASPO Pacific Det., 1966-1967 and 1971; and the 221st Signal Co/MACV, 1967-1969. During the closing days of APC, William Foulke was assigned to film destruction. He salvaged some unclassified film including some shot by Kermit Yoho (killed in action during Tet 1968) and Leroy Massie as well as other DASPO members.
